FashionABLE - JDAIM 2026

February 1 – February 28

This year’s JDAIM exhibit is inspired by fashion and our ability to convey and create fashion in multiple forms, media and structures.

The WAE Studio has explored and embraced the notion of what it is to be “FashionABLE”…which, by definition, is to conform to current trends.

The WAE Center has always valued a lack of conformity with an abundance of creativity. Member artists were brought into conversation about how they saw the process of creating and expressing themselves through fashion…and then the work began…transforming mixed media into objects to be worn, mounted and accessorized, with an eye on beauty, invention, humor.

The resulting exhibit is ripe with ideas, expressions and notions!
Enjoy the Show!

The FashionABLE exhibit is sponsored by the Weinstock family in memory of Steven Weinstock, long-time and beloved WAE Center member artist.
