Sound Bowl Meditation - Free Workshop

A sound bath is an immersive experience that transcends the constraints of the physical world, inviting participants into a realm of harmony and inner peace. Offering a unique opportunity to disconnect from the cacophony of daily life, allowing for deep relaxation and introspection.
At a sound bath, the gentle resonant vibrations of various instruments—such as rose quartz crystal bowls & wave drum — travel through the body’s subtle energy field, washing away stress and tension with each wave of sound. This sonic embrace acts as a nurturing balm for the soul, promoting a meditative state where individuals can reconnect with their inner selves, fostering emotional healing and clarity.
Dress comfortably. Grab your tribe, your yoga mat, pillow & blanket and prepare to lie back and surrender to the flow of well-being.
